Overview:

	Sparta is a Macintosh-like File Manager for Windows 3.1.
	This is an ALPHA version(pre-release) so a number of features
	are not included.  All bug reports and suggestions are encouraged
	and should be directed to Internet address:  karlth@rhi.hi.is. 

Features:

	Icon driven file system.
	Basic file system functions (Rename/Create Directory/Change Attributes/etc.).
	File/Directory move/copy via Drag'n'Drop.
	File selection rubber banding.
	Windows 3.1 compatible Drag'n'Drop server.
	Automatic directory refreshing.
	Non-MDI Folders(Directories).  No more Windows inside Windows.
	Dustbin(Trashcan).
	+ More.

Sparta Personal Edition is FreeWare(Pay nothing and distribute freely).
NOTE:	Only SPARTA10.ZIP may be distributed not decompressed portions of it.
	A small distribution fee may be charged, but I would like if those
	distributors would contact me first.
