NoExit For Windows 3.x

Hinders the user from exiting Windows.

NoExit displays itself as a icon at the bottom of the screen.
If the icon displays a locked lock, then the user cannot exit Windows.
If the icon displays an open lock, then the user can exit Windows as normal.

To lock/unlock the lock right-button click the icon with the CTRL key held down.
