		by RamblerDan

ReforWCM is a Windows shell for the DOS-based Reformat
utility by Timothy Barmann.
REFORWCM.WCM does not affect the executable REFORMAT.EXE
in any way; you can still use it from the command line or a
batch file.

Required:
Windows v3.1x or Windows for Workgroups v3.11; Reformat
v1.2; and PC Magazine's WinCmd utility, including WINCMD.EXE
v1.4, WCLIB.WCL v1.1 and WCL2.WCL v1.0.

Setup:
Read the documentation for REFORMAT.EXE if you are not
familiar with its operation. If you want Reformat to run in
a DOS box, create a .PIF file to make it so.
Copy REFORWCM.INI to your \windows directory.
Copy REFORWCM.WCM to the same directory as your other
WinCmd files. Create a Program Manager item for it in the
usual way.
Edit REFORWCM.INI with a text editor that does not add
formatting, such as Notepad. Under the [DefaultDir] section,
type at the dir= line the directory you would like to have
as the default in Reformat's File Open dialog box. It is now
c:\.
Under the [LocateExe] section, type at the path= line your
filepath for REFORMAT.EXE. It is now c:\util\reformat.exe.
Under the [Extensions] section, type at the include= line
any extensions you would like included in the "File Open"
dialog box. The list now includes txt, doc and wri. You must
leave one space after each entry.
The exclude= line contains file extensions that
REFORWCM.WCM will refuse to process. This is simply a
safeguard against the user attempting, for example, to
reformat an .exe file. You may add to this list if you like.
You must leave one space after each entry.

Operation:
Launch REFORWCM.WCM from the Program Manager item you
created or from File Manager. Follow the prompts. Clicking
on the Cancel button or hitting the Esc key will abort the
program.

Legalities:
WinCmd 1993, 1994 Douglas Boling. WinCmd is free but
subject to restrictions.
Reformat 1990, 1993 Timothy C. Barmann. Reformat is

ReforWCM is public domain. It is guaranteed only to take
up room on your hard drive. The author takes no

hand, you are free to fiddle with the program in any way you
like. If you pass along a copy you have modified, please
