WET'N WILD
Water slides, pools, wave machines and a small river that runs through the
park. There is a children's playground with rides for younger children and
two acre family picnic area.

FANTASY AND LION'S MEMORIAL PARK on North Las Vegas Blvd. and Washington Ave.
-18 hole frisbee golf course is featured here. Sunset Park is another great
place to spend a few hours,located at the corner of Sunset Blvd.and Eastern
Ave. These are only two of over 23 parks in the Las Vegas area.

GRAND SLAM CANYON
Dinosaurs and reptiles can be sighted in the southwest canyon setting, where
kids can ride a corkscrew rollercoaster, a water flume ride, plus many other
exciting rides. Located behind Circus Circus

THE MGM GRAND ADVENTURES theme park is the first full-fledged theme park in
Nevada. There are over 33 acres consisting of 12 major rides and a variety of
themed areas. Located in the MGM hotel, open daily from 10 am to 6 pm;

FUNTAZMIC
Offers a variety of activities including go-carts, a miniature golf course
bumper cars and boats, virtual reality video games and a fully computerized

BONNIE SPRINGS OLD NEVADA
Guided horseback tours of the area for $15 an hour. Old Nevada, in
Red Rock Canyon, is a great place to spend an afternoon. Old Wild West
gunfights, stagecoaches, stores, saloons and homes recreated from Nevada's
early years. There is a petting zoo and you can enjoy a peaceful drive through 
Red Rock Canyon.

EXCALIBUR
Brings you back to Kings Arthur's days. Games of skill, arcades, shops and a 
unique theater called Magic Motion Machine. The theater moves in 
synchronization with the film to simulate the experience of being on a runaway
train in the Swiss Alps or on a death-defying rollercoaster ride.

SANTA FE
The only place in Las Vegas to enjoy ice skating. A large arena hosts public
skating and exciting hockey action in the fall. Special prices every Wed. on
admission and skate rental. Hours vary; 658-4991

CAESARS PALACE
For a unique experience, visit the Omnimax Theatre. You will be surrounded by
sight and sound. Their films are entertaining, and educational, for the whole
family. Showings are on the hour from 2-10 pm daily, except 1-11pm., Fri.&
Sat.
