Hi there!,

This is an example of a shuffle play audio CD player.
I got the idea to write this and upload it as an example
because of all the problems I've had getting this far with
the MCI.VBX custom control. I figured that MS (you know who)
wasn't going to do it and so I would. Anyway I did this
example in a few hours using some of the code for a shareware
program that I've written, The Audio Box 2.1.

I had quite a bit of problems with the MMControl.TrackLength
property and with the MMControl.Position property.
Microsoft finally came through with an updated knowledge base
file called VB Tips. That solved the MMControl.Position
problem for me, however... the MMControl.TrackLength didn't
follow the same rules. You'll see what I mean in the code
example.

I've also used a few API functions for getting the Windows version,
resources available and various other system stuff in the
AboutBox form.

If anyone can come up with a better way of doing the ShufflePlay
Sub let me know! In fact if anyone comes up with any improvement
to this in any way, I'd like to see the code.

Anyhow thanks for reading this, I hope to hear from a few of
you!

Happy Coding,
Larry Seater
