o  When CEO dies or quits, a new member will be selected as replacement.
o  Trader/Team Members should receive a message if another trader claimed
   a planet of theirs.

   will "pick them up" and wisk them off to the closest like-disposition
   Stardock where they may get a new ship and keep their point totals.
