I. Tales from [The Deviant's Palace] .......................... 01-23-94

        1. One omission caught: Kevin Higgins' MELEE conference was not
listed in the Vol.3, #1 of the EchoRoster, although it -is-
carried on the DoorNet backbone. It has been added herein.

        2. Regardless of where you are in the EchoMail distribution tree,
you should contact the IEC via NetMail at 75:75/1 if there is
a problem with the changes noted in the SysMap if you are in
the continental US. Else, contact your REC for new connections
news and check the SysMap for a possible new connect site.

        3. If you see an inconsistency in this EchoRoster document, please
contact the IEC via NetMail at 75:75/1. Trust me, this thang
           needs a lot of debugging!

II. Nomenclature .............................................. 01-17-94

The EROSTER.TXT file is usually distributed in a .ZIP archive with the
following syntax: DEROvvii.ZIP, where the "vv" is a decimal specifier that
denotes the volume number and the "ii" is a decimal specifier that denotes
the issue number. Unlike previous EchoRoster releases, there is NO rollover
phenomenon at the beginning of each year. We recommend that older Echo-
Rosters be deleted in favor of new ones.
