They look angry. What will you do?>

  I'll get a couch and a shingle:

  PSYCHIATRIC HELP:
  FIVE CENTS

... and I'll get my notepad and appointment book ready. They
couldn't be angry at me; I just got there. So I would probably be
the most objective person for them to talk to. What is the source
of their anger? When did they become this way? What was their
childhood like? Were they mistreated as children? Let's try a
little free association for starters: they can just start talking
and talking and say whatever comes into their your mind; it
doesn't have to make sense -- but it will help to understand the
kinds of things that are on their minds and what's bothering them.
I'll also have an extensive questionnaire for them to fill out in
the beginning, so I'll have an idea of what's on their minds.

I'll also try to find out how their anger is manifested in their
little society. Are there a lot of guns? Are there a lot of
shootings? How do their statistics compare to DC's statistics?
Maybe I can get a copy of _The Island Post_ (their newspaper,
affiliated with the Washington Post) to see what their headlines
  look like.

Well! I can see that we have a lot of work to do here!
