Installation
------------
Simply copy the files from your WinPaint disk onto your hard drive.
If you're running on a network, choose a directory which all of your
users have access to (such as F:\PUBLIC). If you're not sure how to
copy files, read the online help provided with Windows File Manager.

If you wish to create an ICON in the MS Windows Program Manager, try
using the 'Drag and Drop' technique from File Manager. Click on the
WINPAINT.EXE file name, hold down the mouse button and drag it onto the
Program Manager window, then let go of the mouse button. This is a
quick way to create Icons in Program Manager, and it works for ANY program.
Refer to the Microsoft Windows User's Guide for further assistance.

Getting Started
---------------
WinPaint provides all of its documentation in the form of a standard
Windows Help File called WINPAINT.HLP. To read through this file, run
WinPaint and hit Function Key 1 (F1), or run File Manager and double
click on the WINPAINT.HLP file name. Everything else is in WINPAINT.HLP,
so there's nothing else that need be said here, except ENJOY WINPAINT!

If you received WinPaint directly from Rentek, you probably received two
disks. They are identical, so it doesn't matter which disk you use to
install WinPaint. If one of the two disks is for any reason defective,
use the other disk. Otherwise, retain the disk you use to install WinPaint,
and give the second disk away to a friend or co-worker who would appreciate
a chance to evaluate WinPaint at no cost.
