     Sorry,  we cannot sell any software. If you have  defective  software,

wrong sized disks, etc, we will replace the disks for you.

     If you have an ERROR during install, cannot read the disk, or when you

try  to run the software from it's directory get an Error, we  can  replace

the  disk.  If you get the Error during running, try  re-installing  first,

after deleting all the files in that directory.

     We  need more information to replace your disks. PC or MAC?   What  is

the  serial  #  of your modem? (Bottom of external,  bracket  of  Internal,

battery compart of pocket). Are they 5.25" or 3.5". If 5.25" do you need  1

HD (1.2m) or 2 DD(360k). Please print all info on the label of your present

disk.  If no version or date on label, then what is version on the  opening

screen?

     BTW...  All current software must be run from a HARD DRIVE  and  needs
2meg or more free to install & run.
