3-29-94 Register S0

If the register S0 is set to anything but 0, the modem will answer

when it rec'vs the number of RINGs S0 is set to. So if you have set a

number of RINGs in software (say 4), and the modem answers on 2 RINGs, the

S0=2 may have been set and saved. Restore to 0 (default) by typing

ATS0=0&W in terminal mode of your DATA software.

Another possibility, is another TSR (Dos or Windows fax) is loaded or

a data program set S0=2 (or 1 etc).
