     Expressfax w/MTEZ has a 'debug' feature. Run SETUP

C:\MTEZ>setup

and in the bottom of the CAS setup screen is a blank 'parameters'
line. In that line put

/PRN

Then try to repeat your error. This sends all Faxman commands and
responses  to your printer for debugging. Send a copy along  with
your  problem to WP fax machine for help. Zoom does not have  any
info on MTEZ Expressfax 'debug'.
