Copy yaxe.exe to the XCOM directory. If you just type yaxe[return], you
will get a list of the options and use.

Some sample sets of options:
yaxe 5 >sold.txt -- Doesn't change the order of the soldiers in your file,
but sorts them by base and ship for display. Outputs
to the file sold.txt, which can then be printed. Uses
                     save game 5.

yaxe /r 6 -- Sorts by rank, rookies first. Uses save game 6.

yaxe /KTm 10 -- Puts all of the psi trained troops in the back of
the bus, with the highest skilled ones in front. Those
without psi training are in the very front, and those
with the highest turn units are at the very exit. It
allows for a manual adjustment of the order after all
of those two sorts are done, just in case. I
find this useful when I have some good psi warriors who
are trying to train novices. The high TU soldiers do
the scouting, then I just work from the back of the
bus doing panics, until I get to someone who has a
reasonable shot at controlling. The alien then walks
over to (and often into) the ship, where the rookie
                     gets his first kill.

This won't change the location of anyone on the battlescape, so do the sorting
before the landing is made. The "manual" adjustment option supresses the
display of all of the troops to make things easier to read. The automated
sorts are applied to the base troops, but you can only manually adjust the
troops on board ship.
