This program  will allow  you to change or delete a disk's Volume
label (the disk's name).  Normally  the Volume  label is  set for
good when  the disk  is formatted.   I  have seen  a program that
would let you change the volume, but only for the  A or  B drive.
This program  will work  with all  available drives.   If you use
NeoDesk, things  work a  little differently.   When  you rename a
disk from  NeoDesk it does not change the disk's Volume label, it
writes a hidden file that it uses to  display the  disk's name at
the bottom  of a  directory's window.   If  the Neo option is set
this program will both change Volume  label and  write the hidden
file that NeoDisk uses.
