RENAME

    Select your file to rename via the File Selector, then enter the
    new name. Control characters are allowed! Almost every character
    can be input except for double quotes ("), backslash (\) and colon
    (:). These characters are replaced by a question mark (?). The
    program checks for duplicate names before allowing the rename.
