PoSTal is very easy to use. All the instructions you'll ever need are 
contained within the program itself.  Just type "info" at the program 
prompt for operating instructions.

Note that PoSTal will operate as either a desk accessory or program. 
Rename the file to .ACC or .PRG/.TOS as appropriate to your needs.

12/25/89 -  v1.0  initial release.

8/15/90  -  v2.0  added support for zip codes and desk accessory code.

10/9/90  -  v2.1  added Canadian postal code data.  Note that 
                  Canadian postal codes start with an alphabetic 
                  character so if you enter "V" PoSTal will show you 
                  entries for Vermont, Virginia, and British Columbia 
                  since the postal code for BC is "V".  

02/24/91 -  v2.2  Corrected cosmetic bug involving MultiDesk and, 
                  perhaps the GEM desktop under the right 
                  circumstances.  Changed all data to upper/lower 
                  case for better readability.  Added common, but 
                  unofficial, postal abbreviations (eg: Penna for 
                  Pennsylvania).  Added abbreviations for Jamaica, 
                  Virgin Islands, and Mexico.  Also, corrected the 
                  mailing address for DNS Software. Please take a 
                  note it, listed below.  This version released to 
                  general public and registered owners.
