Middle Georgia Atari User's Group (MGAUG) Raffle Picker

Change History:

v1.4  - Added  on-screen  keypad  mode. This  should  make the  picker
    easier for larger user groups to use. 

v1.3  - Updated  to  fix  behavior  when  scrolling  down from 7 to 1.
    Tried to diagnose and fix a scrolling problem when the pick button
    was pressed repeatedly, but I could not duplicate the problem.

v1.2  - Updated to  announce  in  High  Rez  that the program only runs in
    Medium Rez.

v1.1  - Added Sound Routines, first public release.

    Our new club President,  Jeff  Vincent  decided  that  we'd  start
    raffling off software at our  club  meetings.  I thought about the
    administrative hassles of taking names and  pulling one out of the
    hat,  thus,  the  MGAUG  Raffle  Picker!      Just    ask  who  is
    participating, assign each player a number, use the  UP button (>)
    to set the number of participants and press PICK!    to  choose  a
    winner.

    This  program use's David Becker's  excellent  ZeST  interface  as
    translated to Medium Resolution by Gary  Dooms.  It also uses some
    sound routines written by W.  Smith & B.   Capel.  This program is
    freeware and may not be sold in any way for any purpose.

        This program  only READS diskettes and I cannot imagine how it
    could damage anything,  but  being  of somewhat sound mind, I must
    state that I cannot  guarantee  that this program will never cause
    anyone any data loss or  other  forms  of  grief.  If it's broke -
    tough!
