INTRODUCTION
------------
Recently, I had the need for a mouse form editor and found, to my dismay,
that the only two previous editors I knew about didn't work right on the
TT030 (one of them didn't work right under just about any circumstance).

Thus, I decided to create this tool. The M.C.S. uses a custom window library
I created last year and have been refining ever since. It has been tested
on everything from TOS 1.04 though TOS 4.04 and MultiTOS though it should
also work on TOS 1.0.

USAGE
-----
Since this program isn't very complicated, I'll keep it brief. Basic
instructions can be found at the bottom of the window that will appear
on startup.

M.C.S. deals with .CUR files (an odd format but better than creating yet
another file format). Load and Save your forms in .CUR and use the 
'Export to *.C' menu item to write a simple file you can insert into
a source file to add your form (change the structure name of course).
