Kalender Version 1.01 --------------------- A Kalender and notepads program (C)Blintzer Butane III This is what it is. It is not fancy but is my first try at programming computers. I hope there is not too many mistakes. I know my english IS with many mistakes as I am learning. I am most often on a bus as I am playing in a band. I have spare time which gets very tired. In this time I am collecting many programs of many people. I have learned that GFA is a easy programming method so I am learning it from here. I hope you will like what this is. I must tell you that you are using Kalender at only a risk to you if something is not right when you use it. You must agree to this or you can not use it. This is called a disclaimer. It means that I am not responsible for physical or mental damage when you use it. If you are not accepting FULLY the results of your actions and saying that I am not responsible, then you can not use Kalender. I have not known of any troubles but cant tell what you are doing, so I must say this. When you are first using it, it is a program, which ends in the letters PRG, or it is also a accessory, which has the letters ACC. It does not have much consuming as a accessory, but it is also a program so you can save memory. You can decide which by making it named as you like it to be used. When it is on the screen it can go away by pressing the close window button. If you press on its name you can also make more of the program appear. If you are holding the mouse button on the top of the window you can make it move. There are arrows below the windows bar which make the kalender think it is not here. Two of the arrows will make it go back and forth for 1 month. Two of the arrows makes it go back and forth for 1 year. The other 2 arrows makes it go back and forth for 10 years. If you are holding a mouse on the name the program will appear some more. When it does it will go away like the other one. With this you are back to looking at the kalender. The name "Kalender Extras" can only be clicked on if nothing happens, so you don't do anything. As you are here you will know my name is seen. Under my name is a clock so you can set up a time and date for today. If it is not today it can be some other time. You are deciding. Once you are certain of what time it is you can put it on the left line. You can also create a kalender date to the right of this also. Once you are decided that you know what today is you can make your computer know this also. You must press the button on the left so your computer will know this is the time and date you think it is. If you don't want your computer to know what today is you must not press the button. You can also make up a setting and make your computer know it is any number on the line and maybe not today. To the right of this button is a button which tells you more about what Kalender is. It is called an alert and cant be in the program. This is because it is in your computer. This is something that happens to all computers when they become on. They wont go away when you unplug your computer from the electrical connector. It can go away when you say so but not forever. This is up to you and not what I have done because everybody has one. Under all of this is 7 lines of nothing. You can make it something by typing on it. This will be your purpose. You will also load a file which is called KALENDER.NOT if you know of it. This file name has 7 lines in it, plus one so the program has something to read. If it cant read its line it wont let you read yours. So you must save this file with Kalender so the program knows it can read. The loading button is on the left and can create a file selector if you are pressing it. You can then give the program a file name to read by making the file selector choose it. If the file name is not one which has been saved by Kalender it will not read it. As well, as you are making the program run it looks in its place for KALENDER.NOT. If it has not been in place it looks for a root directory with KALENDER.NOT. If KALENDER.NOT has found, it will read it while you are not looking. You can then look at it when your computer is done reading it. You can write down things you need to know and save them. This is the button on the right which also makes a file selector. You are saving it to any name but must name it KALENDER.NOT if you like the program to read it by itself for you. If you dont need to tell yourself something then you do not use KALENDER.NOT and it is not seen. This seems to be what you know about the program. I will hope to make it better when I know how. Maybe if you like it I will make more. I will still try other things and hope they are okay. As you must have known that this is GFA Basic. I have only the STe so I hope it works when you don't have one. I have also stuffed the accessory which is still okay. I would like that you can share this with people you will meet. I am asking that you are not selling this program as it is not allowed. You are able to include it so that it does not cost anything to a person who gets it. I would also like for it to have these file names with it. KALENDER.PRG - The Kalender program KALENDER.NOT - The notes it reads when you are not looking. PENCIL .CUR - Rename as KALENDER.CUR to make a new mouse curser. KALENDER.TXT - This is the file name you are seeing. I would also thank many people who have shared what they know with me on the bulletin board !!! Blintzer Butane III VERSIONS -------- 1.01 - Numbers under 10 select okay. Kalender resets to new date on other screen. UncleMouse now supported. 1.0 - First version.
