FILETOOL.TXT   - FileTOOL Documentation, ASCII text
FILETOOL.PRG   - Program version (or rename to FILETOOL.ACC)
FILETOOL.RSC   - Resource file for above
LICENSE.CMC    - The current CMC License agreement
REGISTER.TXT   - Registration form, ASCII text
README.TXT     - This file
