INTRODUCTION

Here is my version of the EYECON for the Atari ST/TT. The program draws 
two funny eyes looking always at your mouse cursor. EYECON.ACC runs on 
any screen resolution on either the ST or the TT, though it is most 
useful on a 12'' monitor. You may rename the accessory in EYECON.PRG
and run it as an application.

This program is FREE SOFTWARE and it costs NOTHING; you can redistribute 
it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the 
Free Software Foundation.
