Version 1.2 Update

This new version fixes two problems and adds one new feature.  First, if
there was no return address file, the mailing address would print really
high, that has changed.  If the offset is still wrong, enter a new offset
number as LINE 13! in your ENVELOPE.DAT file.  It has to be line 13, pad
with blanks if you don't use all of those lines.

Next, sometimes, the screen display garbled after printing...this has been
fixed.

The new feature allows you to select None when asked about using the
default return address.  This will allow you to print an envelope without a
return address.
