1) The VRODISK drive is assigned to the first available position backwards,
from P: to C:.  The previous version went from C: to P:- see addendum page 4.

2) Fixed a problem when a pending dietized file's Read Only file attribute
was set.

3) Updated to work on machines with TOS4's revised country code.

4) v2.0 broke the fix implemented in v1.0a for the compatibility problem
found with NeoDesk's Icon Editor.

5) Changed some logic related to Realtime compression mode and excluded
files.
