      A neat, spiffy cutesy lil adorable doo-dad for your desktop.

      DBEYES is a pair of mouse_watching eyes. They just sit there
    keeping constant vigil- (here, mousey mousey. nice mousey.
    Oh look! It's over there now; and now it's over there... and
    there, down in the corner... oh look, it went up there now.
    Gosh, what an active lil mouse).
    
      CFGEYES is the companion program to configure your eyes. It
    can be run as either a program or as an accessory.
    Configurable options are: Location, blink rate, On/Off and the
    spacing between the left and right eyes. And, of course, a
    provision to save them as defaults.
    
                         KeyBoard functions:
    
    Ctrl-LShift-Rshift:  Toggle eyes On/Off
    Alt-LShift-Rshift:   Quick move to top of screen, out of the way.
                         Toggles between screen top and original location.


    DBEYES and CFGEYES can be distributed freely as long as both programs
    and this text file are included and NOT modified.
