 values.  This can be useful for hiding text (within compiled programs) from

 "flicker" because it was written for a 50 hertz machine,  then VertiSet can
 help. VertiSet works by allowing you to first select a screen frequency (50
 or 60 Hz. ) and a program to run BEFORE making any changes. When you select
 RUN, VertiSet sets your machine to the selected frequency and then runs the
