Thank you for your interest in Wordflair and for taking the time 
to try out this demonstration version of Wordflair.

This special version of Wordflair is fully operational.  The only
limitations are that you may not print or save documents that you
create.  To demonstrate Wordflair's power, we have included the entire
"EXAMPLES" folder on this disk.

Wordflair uses the GDOS environment.  We have included a copy of the
"GDOS.PRG" program in the "AUTO" folder on this disk.  The screen fonts
are in the "GDOS.SYS" folder, also on this disk.

Normally, the GDOS install program is included with Wordflair.
To save time in demonstrating the program we have created an
operational GDOS system folder and created an "ASSIGN.SYS" 
file.

You may put the Demonstration disk directly in your A drive and
boot your computer off of the A drive.  Make sure that your computer does
not boot off another disk or hard drive because GDOS
will not load.

To run the Demonstration version of Wordflair off of a hard drive,
do the following:

A1: If you already have GDOS installed on your hard drive, copy the
    WF.PRG, WF.RSC, WF.HLP, "EXAMPLES", and README.WF files to a folder
    on your hard drive.  

A2: Double-Click the WF.PRG file on your hard drive and Wordflair will
    begin.

                            OTHERWISE

B1: If you do not currently have GDOS installed on your hard drive, copy
    the entire contents of this disk into the root directory of your
    hard drive. If it is partitioned, copy it into the directory
    that it looks at first when booting.

B2: You must edit the ASSIGN.SYS file to indicate that the computer will
    be booting from a drive letter other than "A".  The first line of the
    ASSIGN.SYS file is "PATH = A:\GDOS.SYS",  the "A" must be changed
    to the hard drive letter that you are booting from.

B3: Hide any existing AUTO folders or ASSIGN.SYS files.

B4: Reboot your computer.

B5: Double-Click on the WF.PRG file and WORDFLAIR will begin.


The IMG files included represent views of the dialogs for major features
that can be found in Wordflair II, but are not in Wordflair.
There are two images of the thesaurus dialog and one of the speller,
database import and database export dialogs. These can be viewed by
creating a graphics region in the Wordflair demo and importing the
desired IMG file.
