Purpose:

	To allow Calamus SL Bridge users to access FULL colour print 
capabilities at standard print shops! As I Can't fix Postscript, I fix
what I can!

	The Calamus SL Bridge RGB & CMYK TIFF files are improperly made
MOST Dos & Mac programs WILL NOT load them. (Nor GEMview) The Efi Fiery
(brain to Xerox & Canon Colour printer/copiers) will also ignor it.



Instructions:

1) Save your full colour pages from Bridge as: RGB(24bit) or CMYK(32bit)
   TIFf files. Motorola format! NO compression (GemView reported errors 
   in compressed files)

2) Load CAL_TIFF

3) Select the file you want fixed. CAL_FIX will display the entire header
   contents. If the file looks defective, coments will be placed around
   the errors & FIX (Y/N) will appear at the bottom. If NO errors are seen
   Cal_TIFF will wait for a key press.

4) After fixing or viewing your TIFf header, you will be asked it you want
   to fix another! No exits, Yes goes back to #3

NOTE: This program ONLY fixes the errors in the Bridge TIFF header. IT 
      Can NOT fix any other type of tiff problems!

5) Take your fixed files to your friendly Print Shop. They should have NO
   problems printing them. (You MAY have to specify the resolution they 
   were originaly saved in!)
