Prices for all books are 50% of the listed retail price.  For
pricing on books with no listed price call PMC.

To order:  Send a check (takes two weeks to clear) or money
order in US funds made payable to PMC.  Shipping: $5 for first
10 books, $1 for each additional one.  Packages are insured for
$100.  Add $.50 for each extra $100 to be insured.  Call for
pricing outside of the domestic US.
