The CodeKeys macros included here were provided by one of the kind people
who did the beta testing for release 2 of Pamphlet Lite.  I do not have
Codekeys myself so I was not able to test them.  I trust they will be
helpful to those of you who were smart enough to buy Codekeys.  J. Corey

CodeKeys is one of the best MACRO utilities around for the Atari ST.  It
is a commercial software package that was written, by the CodeHeads and
is copyrighted by the same.  If you do not own CodeKeys, then you are
missing out on one of the best utilities that will save you time and
keystrokes.  I am always finding new uses for it.

I have all my CodeKeys macros set up so that the macros from 16-32 are
the ones that I use in all my programs and the macros from 1-15 are left
open for program specific macros.  This is the way the ones for Pamflite
are set up.  You might have to change your macros around a little bit to
use these.  If you have any problems or questions then please send me

NOTE:  You must own CodeKeys (by the CodeHeads) to use these macros.

You must put the following files in your CodeKey folder so it will know
where to find them.  If you only use Pamflite in Color, then you do not
need the Monochrome files and the opposite is also true:

      PAM_MED.KEY  - Color Macro file.  Medium resolution only.
      CODEKEY1.LNK - Color link file for CodeKeys.

      PAM_HI.KEY   - Monochrome Macro file.
      CODEKEY2.LNK - Monochrome link file for CodeKeys.
      
If you already have a .LNK file then you can just append the program and
path name to the existing one.  Of course your path for the CodeKey
Macro folder might be different than mine, so please make sure that you
change it to fit your system.

If you have everything set up correctly, then the next time you re-boot
the macros will load in automatically when you run Pamflite.  (Unless
you have changed the name of the program).  Please remember that these
macros load into the first 15 slots in CodeKeys, and will overwrite any
existing ones.  CodeKeys can re-load the original ones when you quit
Pamflite.

The macros are as follows and are the same for both resolutions.  You

CTRL-L - Load in a text file for processing.
CTRL-Q - Quit Pamflite.
CTRL-V - View a text file that is already in memory.
CTRL-S - Show the format summary of a text file in memory.
CTRL-N - Change the Pamflite name/page heading.
CTRL-R - Resume the current print job.
CTRL-A - Abandon the current print job.
CTRL-M - Set/Change the Left Margin.
CTRL-T - Set/Change the TAB size.
CTRL-F - Set/Change the Blank Line Filter.
