Hooked on Math

	Hooked on Math can sharpen a young student's math skills. 
This includes addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

	You have 15 seconds to drag the correct answer to the board
before another problem appears.  The program will reward you if
the answer is correct, and will display the correct answer if it
is wrong.

	There are three levels of difficulty that a student can
choose from.  

	This demo version can only run addition at level one.  The
demo will only offer 5 different problems for each game instead
of 25 in the actual program.

ORDERING

To order a PAC product simply fill out the order form enclosed
with the PAC catalog or print the form included with this
download and send it to: JV Enterprises, Po Box 97455, Las Vegas
NV 89193.  You may send us a check, money order, or charge your
order with your Master Card or VISA.

For credit card orders only, you may call us at 1-800-252-0194
between the hours of 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time, weekdays
only.

Please include the $3.00 shipping charge for your order.  Nevada
residents need to add a 7% sales tax to the total.  Sorry we do
not accept COD orders.

FOREIGN ORDERS

Currently, orders can be placed in the United States and Canada
only.  Canadian orders sent by main must be paid in US funds. 
Canadians can also use the 800 number for placing credit card
orders.

SHIPPING & LOST SHIPMENTS

We normally ship via United States Postal Service.  You may
request another shipping method at an additional shipping charge.

Please allow two weeks for your order to arrive.  If you do not
receive your order in that time, call our service and support
number 702-734-9689.  we will notify you of our order status
and/or attempt a trace of the order.

CATALOG SUBSCRIPTIONS & EXTENSIONS

Subscriptions may be obtained for $5.00 for one year (4 issues)
or $8.00 for two years (8 issues).

An extension of one issue will be awarded for each product
ordered through this catalog.

DISCLAIMER

These products are sold on an as is basis without any kind of
warranty.  This includes product quality, condition, performance,
or merchantability.  JV Enterprises and its authors shall not be
held liable to the purchaser or any other person or entity for
any liability, loss, damage or disappointment directly or
indirectly involving these products.

LIMITED WARRANTY

JV Enterprises warrants, to the original purchaser, that the
software will be free from defects in materials for 30 days from
the date of purchase without charge.  Defective software can be
replaced any time afterwards for a $5.00 replacement fee.

PLEASE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR CREDITS

In order for us to keep the prices of software low, we will
accept no returns, except for defective software.  We will not
accept refunds or credits.
