SETUP

1. First create a folder called "MENUPLUS" on your boot disk or 
hard disk boot partition.

2. Copy the following files into the "MENUPLUS" folder;
   "MENUPLUS.EXE"
   "MENUPLUS.MNU"
   "MENUPLUS.INF"
   "MEMORY.PRG" 
   "MENUSHEL.PRG"
   "MENUPLUS.RSC"
   
   Copy "BASECODE.EXE" to the "ROOT" directory (not in the 
   "MENUPLUS" folder) of your boot disk or hard disk boot 
   partition. 

3. If you would like to use the Menu Mate accessory copy the 
following files into the "ROOT" directory of you boot disk or hard 
disk boot partition;
   "MENUMATE.ACC"
   "MENUMATE.RSC"
   "BASECODE.EXE"
