  Randall Kopchak announces that version 1.2 of "Forecaster III" is 
  now available for the Atari ST and Mega series.  "Forecaster III" 
  will predict the weather, analyze current atmospheric conditions, 
  and display  a  weather almanac for the day.  Heating and cooling 
  degree  days can be  calculated  along with windchill factor  and 
  apparent temperature.

  The program will print a  two  page  detailed  report  of  current
  weather conditions and a 12  hour  forecast  from information that
  is readily available in the home.

  "Forecaster  III" will display weather graphics  from  Compuserve 
  and other sources. It will also create weather radar maps similar 
  to   those  on  your local news from the raw digitized radar data 
  available from WeatherBank and other services.

  Bonus  templates are included with "Forecaster III" to track  and 
  chart daily weather records using most of the popular spreadsheet 
  programs on the Atari ST or Lotus 123 on the PC.
