BLOOD ALCOHOL CONTENT (BAC)

BAC is a very simple program so no need to go into detail. The only
explanation required is what constitues a drink.

	1 DRINK =  43mL (1.5 oz.) of rum, rye, scotch, brancy,gin, etc.
	           341mL (12 oz.) of normal strength beer (5% alcohol)
	           85mL (3 oz.) of fortified wine
	           142mL (5 oz.) of table wine
