4Q TTP Player Version 1.00 by Dan Panke (93-07-10)

    This TTP program plays Quartet 4Q files. Operation is simple:
    pass the name of the Quartet 4Q music file you wish to hear in the
    command line (or install '4Q.TTP' as an application). The
    'SINGSONG.DAT' file must be in the same directory as the '4Q.TTP'
    program.

NOTE: If you have any MOD files you wish converted to Quartet 4Q
