Hi, this is a very short little program to convert back and forth
between Coomputer Eyes (CE1) and QRT/pchrome (RAW) formats.  Since
it is so small, I just included it here.  To use it - either install
it with one or both types and click on the one to convert, or you can
click on it and it will bring up a file selector.  It changes from one
to the other depending on the extensions, so PICTURE.CE1 will create a
PICTURE.RAW .  It has no error or copyright messages - if you like it,

Oh, notice it is a uuencoded ZIP file.  I chose that because the ZIP
program I have has the best user interface - like the Mac File/DA Mover.
