This is a quick and dirty program that will convert the .NEO pics captured 
by REVOLVER's snapshot into DEGAS PI? pics.  This program will ask you only
one thing ... that is the input filename.  What it does then is to make sure
it's a NEO pic, load it into a buffer, kill the original .NEO, then
write the pic out again as the appropriate PI(1,2,or 3).  The input file
MUST have the .NEO extender or it won't be recognized.

You have one alternative.  If you hold the ALTERNATE key down when you
double click the input filename or click on the OK box of the fileselector
then the original .NEO pic will not be deleted but will be preserved.

If the loaded pic is of the same resolution as the current screen, the
pic will be displayed but the default colors of the desktop will be used.

To exit, click on the CANCEL button or click on OK with a blank selection
line on the fileselector.

Enjoy! No donations are requested for this offering.  I needed it.  I wrote
it.  I thought you might find it useful too.  It'll bomb if everything ain't
just 'so' (out of disk space, bad media, write protect etc.)
