Bit .IMG to Degas Elite .ICN by Chet Walters

     It's a freebie!

This is a quick and dirty program that will convert any .IMG file
(mono) that is 640x400 or smaller to a Degas .ICN file for easy loading
into Degas.  The .ICN files can also be used with John Eidsvoog's
HotSwap to make custom HotSaver graphics.  It will run in any
resolution but we recommend at least ST Medium or High.  The .IMG will
not display properly in anything but ST High res, but the loss of that
little feature will not effect the operation of the program.
