The following lists the files that must be distributed with every 
shareware distribution copy of The MOD CAT(tm):

  MOD_CAT¿.PRG  The actual program itself!
  PACKING .LST  You're reading it!
  SUPPORT .TXT  VT52 graphics ad for the The XE-BBS (my own BBS)
  VENDOR  .DOC  Terms & Conditions for distribtion

There is no DOC file included since the program is VERY intuitive 
and requires registration for a printed manual (which, for the 
most part, lists some features or ways of using the software which 
may not be apparent to the non-registered user).

INSTALLATION:
Very simple, just put MOD_CAT¿.PRG anywhere (floppy, hard drive, 
etc...) and run it.  The program will use that path/disk to save 
its configuration file (MOD_CAT¿.CFG) as well.

of  or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a  STATE 
or  FEDERAL  COURT of competent jurisdiction  located  in  Hampden 
County, Massachusettes.  The parties hereby consent to in personam 
jurisdiction of said courts.
