Welcome!  Let's try something a little different.  Maybe it will
work, maybe not.  Might be fun to see the outcome!  Anyway, here's the scoop:

        I spent about an hour or so putting the included program together.  All
it does is create return address labels. I suppose it could have other uses,
but that's the only real one I see right now.  It asks for name, address, and
an "Etcetera" field which could be phone number, or promotional line, or
whatever.  It works ONLY in MONOCHROME because of the way I set up boxes on
the screen.

        Here's what we do.  YOU take this program and improve it.  Don't go
nuts and create a full-fledged data base!  Improve it one or two ways and
re-upload it to GEnie.  If we get a bunch of people to do this, we could end
up with a pretty decent program that a lot of people had a part in.

        If you decide to improve this program, try to re-upload it within 2
days so we can keep improved, fresh copies floating around.  I know we have
some pretty smart people out there, so go for it!

        Some things I can think of...
        Make it run in both color and monochrome
        Make it center justify the entire label
        Make some wild looking background, color or mono
        I wrote it to use Epson codes, make it so anyone can use it
        Maybe do something with windows
        Etc.!

        There are tons of things that can be done with this program!  But don't
do everything yourself.  Let's try to get as many people in on this as
possible.

        When you re-upload it, be sure to include some kind of README2 file
explaining what you did, and always include the source code.  Include this
README file as well.

        My name is in the program, but if you want to put yours in there, fine.
Just keep everything in tact.

        So, what do ya think?  Go for it!  We've got nothing to lose!  Maybe
we can get a separate topic in the MichTron RT somewhere.
