US_1.IMG is a 400dpi image of the 48 contiguous states.  Canada and Mexico are not shown, nor are any state names or cities or highways or rivers...just a clean map of the lower 48.
 
Invision Elite came in handy when working on this little project.
 
If you like it let me know and I'll upload some more stuff (as time and money permit ;)...at any rate, I hope it will be of use to someone out there.
