Hacked from the 16 bit NeXT version MPEG decoder by Gary Arakaki to run on
an Atari Falcon 030 in 16 bit color mode.  The original is from Berkeley
Plateau Research Group version 2.0 for more info look in the MPEG FAQ.

This version currently plays at about 1 frame/second for 160x100 MPEGs.
It automatically switches screen resolution from 320x200, 384x240 overscan
up to 640x400 interlaced.  Only 320x200 mode is possible on a VGA monitor,
but it is not tested.  To view an mpeg just enter "mpegplay file.mpg" 
on the command line, or drag the mpeg over mpegplay.ttp.  After it is 
finished playing the mpeg it will give you some stats and the number 
of frames/second, simply press return to exit.
