F.M. Terminal version 1.0

Should now detect fserials cookie and modify autodialer and port setup
to new settings.
Window mode is Ascii only, tos mode is vt-52 only unless ansi-st is
installed in auto folder.
I chopped out the emulate buttons from the port setup dialog because
they were not serving any purpose.
This will most likely be the last version of FMTerminal. L is for
last(hehe). It serves my limited needs for a terminal as it is. My next
program will have lots of pretty graphics and sounds.  Yes, you guessed
it, its going to be a GAME!

Changed the button in AD from emulate to correction.
Optimized code a bunch(10.5K!).
Cut out the digitized sound stuff.
(received two checks in the mail!! Thanks, you have me workin' on
 FMterm again.)

known bugs

1.The vt52 codes for changing text and background color wont work on my
  Falcon!!(Warp 9 seems to fix part of this tos bug and multitos doesn't
  have this bug.  Where is that tos 5.0 upgrade?)

 If you find a bug (or bugs Ahhhh!) let me know.

2.I hear FMTerm works to a degree on a TT, how well I don't know.
