This is my first effort at drawing from scratch with Outline Art (of course version 1; what do you think, I'm up to date or something?). It's just a picture of something that was close at hand, my recently purchased Intel 144/144e modem. It looks pretty generic as modems go, so with very little editting the picture could be used to represent modems in general. I've piddled around with it for about three hours, and it's as good a drawing as I ever intend to make it. It isn't as detailed as it might have been, but I don't expect anyone will be printing it full page in landscape mode, so what the hey. If you don't like it, draw your own. I converted the CVG to an Illustrator v.2.1.2 EPS with the EPSXCVG utility from Eines Computing c/o H†kon Eines 6570 ED²Y NORWAY which I downloaded from GEnie. I recommend this program without reservation. As soon as I find out the exchange rate, I'll be sending him his 75 Norwegian Kroners. This little utility seems to works quite well, and converts in both directions. It does not, however, like the EPS files that come from StraightFAX. John L. Battey Dal.I-Dotter
