The last issue of _NASA_Tech_Briefs_ announced the availability of
a report describing a proposal for a rocket using a fluidized bed
of solid fuel particles.  Perhaps this would be an appropriate

technology for an aluminum-fueled rocket (as opposed to liquefying
the fuel).
