For the benefit of those of you who haven't been keeping up with the traffic in news.admin, I will explain. There is a *net-wide* re-propagation of news going on for some reason. The various Usenet "major" site admins are attempting to track it down; in the meantime, old messages are showing up in all newsgroups.
