Well, I'd be intersted in such a thing [ansi C lint stuff], too.
I'd have sent Marc osu-cis instructions, but . . . see below.

MEANWHILE, I don't think anybody will be able to reach
Marc at the above e-mail address - I think fithp is a machine,
(given the article's id).
I tried sending mail to ...att!linac!fithp!mhw, but att barfed on it,
saying that att will not forward mail anymore.  Thus, only att internal
machines will be able to reach Marc using this pathway even if the
address was ok.

Marc - you out there?  Hope you can correct this!
