Attached are uuencode.c and uudecode.c (in plain old ascii) which I am
using to net-mail arced binary update files for our Ada products.  The
key difference from the ordinary uuen/de-codes on the net is that (a) it
is written for microsoft C on the PC and (b) it splits long files into
segments on encodeing (so mailers don't choke) and joins them together
automatically on decoding (so arc finds all of its bits).
