The documentation for this package exists in 4 "DOC" files plus the
file ORDER.FRM. To print the works, use the batch file PRINTALL.BAT as
follows: Be sure your printer in on line, then (in the directory with
all the toolkit files) type:

    PRINTALL <port>

where <port> is the output port to which the printer is attached.
For example: PRINTALL LPT1
