This program will convert Midifile format 1 to format 0.
It replaces the file MFF1to0.lzh previous uploaded. The earlier version 
did not release the allocated memory nor did it verify that file to be 
converted was MFF1. This new version rectifies this problem.

  Copy Mff1to0 to your C: directory
  From CLI type: Mff1to0 <mff1inputfile> <mff0outputfile>
  And that all that's to it.
