Disk resources that are shared from the Windows NT command prompt
(CMD.EXE) using the NET SHARE command are available by default to all
users on the network if the Guest account is enabled.

The NET SHARE command has no available options for setting specific
Share Permissions from the Windows NT command prompt. There is no way
to limit access to a specific group or a specific user.

If permissions need to be specified for a share created with the NET
SHARE command, they can be added in File Manager.
